Shipping Policy Free shippingEvery order ships free to addresses in the United States. There are no extra fees, duties or taxes to pay when your package arrives. Processing timeOrders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Delivery timeMost orders arrive within 7–12 business days after they ship. Delivery times can be longer during the holiday season and in bad weather. Christmas deliveryTo receive your order before Christmas, place it by December 5. Orders placed after that date may arrive after December 25. Orders with more than one itemThe 2-Piece Set and orders with more than one product may ship in separate boxes. Each box has its own tracking number, and they may arrive on different days. Where we shipWe currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States. Address changesPlease check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update it before the order ships. We cannot change the address once a package is on its way. Lost or delayed packagesIf your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us at support@rooftopcheer.com. We will track it down, and if it is lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
